Total Renovation

Location: Chatham, Cape Cod

Project Overview

The Corner Store project in Chatham was a total exterior renovation. We used pressure-treated red cedar shingles on the porch roof, as that area is in the shade most of the time, therefore more susceptible to algae and moss growth. The P/T shingles help inhibit growth of moss and lichen in shade-covered locations. We custom-painted all new azek pvc trim areas, and installed bleaching oil white cedar shingles on all siding areas.
